Galway Flooring Firm Working On City Hall

The Ultimate Floor Sanding Company has been selected by Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to refinish the wooden floors of City Hall.

Local South Dublin Branch Manager, Fergal Dignam said: "We were especially pleased to be selected for such a high profile, public building renovation project. Our tender achieved both the financial and quality requirements of the council.


"We have now completed the works, operating at times of the day which ensured minimal disruption to the routine business of the council."

The firm has recently been contracted to renovate a number of public owned properties, particularly educational based properties during the closed summer term period.

"This is great for us but also allows managers/client controlling the property budgets to achieve the same result as installing a newly laid floor, but at a fraction of the cost. A win-win situation for all involved," said Mr Dignam.
