The houses for sales include two bedroom apartments at the Weir View development on Castlecomer Road, which have been prices between €150,000 for ground floor to €165,000 first floor dwellings.
Two bedroom apartments are also available at the Margaretsfield scheme on Callan Road, with first floor homes on the market for €165,000.

The council is also offering three bedroom semi detached houses at Kingscourt in Callan for €185,000.
Only first time buyers are eligible for the affordable homes scheme. They must also be in full time employment.
For single income households gross income cannot exceed €40,000 in last tax year.
Joint income households cannot exceed €100,000 in last tax year (calculated by 2.5 times the income of the principal earner plus the income of the subsidiary earner).
A Kilkenny Council spokesman said: "If you wish to be considered for the Affordable Housing in any of these locations and have not already submitted an application, you should do so without delay as these houses/apartments will be allocated in the near future."
