An Ulster fencing firm has secured a number of high-profile contracts across Ireland and the UK.
Draperstown-based Rogers Fencing Systems will supply the innovative steel security gates after receiving marketing and sales advice from Invest NI.
The firm is currently in the process of manufacturing and installing high specification gates for installations being developed by EDF Energy, the UK gas and electricity supplier, at one of the biggest-ever construction projects in the London area, as well as for the National Grid and the Post Office.
Rogers has also supplied and installed high specification security gates for ESB installations in the Republic of Ireland and locally at the George Best Belfast City Airport.
Cathal Rogers, Managing Director of Rogers Fencing, said: "We've been focusing resources on increasing business in Britain and the Republic and have developed a reputation of offering quality products and quick response services.
"This reputation led to an invitation from EDF Energy to tender for the new business in London. We were delighted to be invited to do so and then to win this prestigious contract from such a respected and high profile customer.
"The EDF contract strengthens our position substantially as a manufacturer of high specification and innovative security products in a very important and highly competitive marketplace," he added.
Invest NI's Des Gartland said: "The company is competing successfully for business in Britain and the Republic by offering consistently high quality products and excellent services.
"Our work with the company is in line with our strategic focus on encouraging and assisting clients in the North West to develop innovative products geared to markets outside Northern Ireland," he added.
