Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend Expand PPP Team

Construction and Management Consultancy Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend has appointed Jessie Hiney as Associate Director responsible for the provision of PPP consultancy in Ireland.

Previously with EC Harris, London, Jessie will join the Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend Dublin office working on a number of high profile projects including the First and Second bundles of Post Primary Schools providing PPP advice to the Department of Education and Science and The National Development Finance Authority. Jessie's appointment will allow further development of Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend’s PPP services to the Private sector SPVs and Bidders through the provision of bid management, commercial management and document management consultancy.
