Fleet Efficient Tracking Service Makes Big Difference For NI Firms

Three major Northern Ireland companies have reported that using Vehicle Tracking from Fleet Efficient is saving their businesses real time and money.

Fast-growing vehicle tracking specialist, Fleet Efficient, has recently secured contracts with Coca Cola (NI Bottlers LTD), Mulgrew Haulage and Resource.

Coca Cola has installed Fleet Efficient tracking an in 60 of its 80 strong distribution lorries. Their fleet distributes in the region of 350,000 cases of product across Ireland and Northern Ireland every day. Mulgrew Haulage had Fleet Efficient vehicle tracking installed in their fleet of almost 100 vehicles six months ago. They list significant savings on fuel, easier allocation of workload and enhanced vehicle security. Resource has also installed Fleet Efficient Tracking.

Coca-Cola NI distribution manager Gerry O'Neill said: "We did a lot of research before deciding to opt for Fleet Efficient for our vehicle tracking system of choice. The biggest advantage of the system is being able to access information about the vehicles in real time. Because of this we make savings in the reduction of idling time for vehicles as well as making savings in fuel costs. The system is extremely user friendly, software updates are received automatically and the system is future proofed for up and coming technology.”

Fleet Efficient Managing Director Philip Bailie added: “More and more companies are finding that not only do our street level tracking system improve their vehicle security they also cut overtime claims, reduce fuel costs and insurance bills and they’re saving time and money as a result. Once our clients have the system in place, they never look back. In most cases, the system pays for itself in just a matter of weeks.”
