The entry deadline for the All-Ireland Sustainability Awards 2024, in partnership with Climeaction, is approaching—the last chance to gain recognition for sustainability efforts on a prestigious platform.
The deadline is 1 pm on Friday 6 September 2024. The Awards include 17 categories, such as housing, buildings and construction, green export, tech for good, food waste reduction, and biodiversity. They are supported by partners like Danske Bank, NIE Networks, AD Sustainability, Everun, InterTradeIreland, Visit Belfast and Adler and Allan.
Danielle McCormick, Founder of the All-Ireland Sustainability Awards, said: "We are on the brink of closing entries for what promises to be a landmark event in sustainability. If you’ve been working on a project you believe deserves recognition, now is the time to share it. Your efforts are vital to driving the sustainability agenda forward across Ireland."
The housing, buildings and construction category aims to honour those at the forefront of creating sustainable, energy-efficient living spaces and infrastructure. The Green Export Initiative of the Year will recognise companies making an international impact while upholding strong environmental commitments. For the Tech for Good category, judges are eager to hear from innovators using technology to address critical environmental and social challenges. Meanwhile, this year's Food Waste Reduction Initiative will spotlight efforts to tackle one of sustainability's most urgent issues.
With 15 categories available to enter, alongside our new judge-nominated 'Green Legacy Award' and overall 'Sustainable Business of the Year 2024' award, there are plenty of options across all sectors. Entering the Awards is completely free and businesses can submit as many projects as they wish across multiple categories.
