GRAHAM Secures Another Contract With NI Water

Construction News Image
GRAHAM has secured another contract with Northern Ireland Water to deliver Facilities Management, Maintenance Services and Minor Project Works.

This contract follows our recent success in re-securing the NIW MEICA (First Response Contract). Spanning the extensive North-West region, the contract will run for up to seven years, until 2031. It will primarily focus on reactive repairs, planned maintenance, project works and supporting the development of NI Water's future facilities management strategy.

Works will include:

• Building inspection, repair, and maintenance services.

• Minor civil engineering works.

• Fencing and gate replacement and repairs.

• Winter maintenance.

• Compliance services.

• Installation and planned preventative maintenance of facilities electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical assets and systems.

• Installation and planned preventative maintenance, including inspection, repair and maintenance of fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, intercom, and CCTV systems.

• Securing this agreement enhances GRAHAM Facilities Managements’ existing and long-standing relationship with Northern Ireland Water, and supported by our existing contracts with both Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent Water, it demonstrates our expertise and growth within the Utilities Sector.

Gareth Smyth, GRAHAM Facilities Management Director, commented: "GRAHAM has a long and successful track record working with Northern Ireland Water and we look forward to continuing to build on this success with this new contract, and continue to grow our presence within the Water and Wastewater sector throughout the UK and Ireland."
