Significant Progress Made On GRAHAM's Loft Lines

GRAHAM has announced that the central core of the Loft Lines in Belfast has now reached the 14th floor, marking significant progress in the development.

The Loft Lines, Belfast's first build-to-rent (BTR) development, is set to become the city's premier riverside destination, featuring 778 apartments, including 151 affordable homes. Given the ongoing imbalance between demand and supply for rental properties in Belfast, The Loft Lines will significantly contribute to addressing this need.

Centred around three residential blocks of varying heights, significant thought has gone into the design of external landscaping with the homes set to be surrounded by high quality walkways and boulevards, as well as an urban woodland. A striking public square and waterfront promenade will welcome the wider community.

The project is anticipated to achieve practical completion by summer 2026.
