Encom Acquires Major NI Contracts

Encom has announced that its obtained three major contracts in Northern Ireland, collectively valued between £10 and £12 million.

This milestone highlights Encom's commitment to the green revolution.

Over the past three years, Encom has carved a niche for itself in Northern Ireland’s dynamic property development sector after beginning its journey with the Mayfair Group.

The upcoming Hyde Park development in Mallusk will house over 1,200 eco-friendly homes within the next decade. Contracts in Terry Wood, Lurgan and with Mayfair Group's own projects will see the integration of Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions in over 200 homes.


The company's first contract with Mayfair Group was at the starter home development on Belfast's Antrim Road. Each home has an in-roof solar panel array, a 5kWh battery and EV chargers.

Since beginning, a £5 million investment from Harrier Investments enabled Encom to source and offer high-quality green products.
