The awards are a fantastic opportunity to showcase the achievements of local companies and a great event to highlight the high achieving young people from across Northern Ireland.
Conor Dallas is competing for 'Apprentice of the Year' at the upcoming awards.

He officially completed his Joinery Level 2 NVQ in one year which normally takes two, and won the NI Regional Qualifier for SkillBuild 2022, which secured a place at the UK SkillBuild Finals in Edinburgh. These are all first-time achievements for any apprentice at Mivan.
Commenting on the award shortlist, Conor said: "Thanks to Mivan for all the support, especially Charley McAuley and Stephen Field. I know I would not have progressed so quickly without Charley's mentoring and expertise. Stephen has also been a great help by providing me with opportunities to further develop. I look forward to the award ceremony and wish all other shortlisted apprentices the best of luck."
The awards ceremony will take place at the Titanic Hotel Belfast on Friday 12 May 2023.
