Mercury Engineering has held a key event to launch its Leadership Programme 2022.

A collection of 20 leaders from across the business came to the Clayton Hotel Leopardstown in Dublin for the event, selected by senior management as high performers and key leaders in the organisation.

Speaking at the event, Eoin Vaughan, CEO, said: "The skill-sets that we are bringing in to support our future growth are making us stronger as an organisation. Each of you have an important role to play and we highly value your perspectives. I am confident that the 2022 cohort of our leadership programme will help to further support Mercury's development.

"When I completed this same programme almost ten years ago one of the most important things since then has been to develop an increased sense of self-awareness. This is a very strong group of people and it is vital that all barriers are broken down to ensure that you all work and develop together as we continue to grow as a company and as individuals."

Now in its third edition, Mercury's Leadership Programme first commenced in 2017 and runs every two years. The objective of this programme is to build the group's bench strength and to enable succession to senior roles within Mercury. The company has partnered with Ingenium for a third time, and modules will be co-delivered by Mercury & Ingenium speakers.

Participants will complete the programme following a formal graduate ceremony in December 2022.
