GRAHAM Recognised For Health & Safety Excellence

Construction News Image
Northern Ireland-based construction firm GRAHAM has continued its success at The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Awards with two further accolades.

The RoSPA Awards recognise best practice in Health and Safety management, and offer organisations a "prime opportunity to prove their ongoing commitment to raising health and safety standards".

GRAHAM secured its eighth consecutive Gold Award and fourth successive Gold Medal from the RoSPA after demonstrating well developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk, and very low levels of error, harm and loss.

Commenting on the success, Andrew Cooke, GRAHAM Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Director, said: "Winning our eighth consecutive Gold Award and fourth consecutive Gold Medal from RoSPA again provides evidence that our current proactive health and safety strategy remains a core value that underpins both our continued success, and our 'Forward Momentum' vision for the business. Collectively, they also demonstrate our ongoing drive to reduce accidents and incidents.

"The RoSPA Awards are one of the leading Health and Safety awards in the UK, so we are understandably proud of our ongoing record. The standards consistently get harder each year, but we continue to improve and set the highest standards.

"We acknowledge that our industry-leading statistics cannot be achieved without the focus, commitment and dedication of the entire GRAHAM team, and our supply chain partners. We are grateful for their continued support."
