Dublin-based independent martech agency, IPX, has revealed plans to launch a new digital sales tool this October to help small businesses save time and get more work online.
The Tradebot service can be deployed on websites, text, email and other messaging services where it can automatically chat with, and qualify, new business leads.
The automated 24/7 digital salesperson chats to website visitors and is designed to collect new client's contact information and job details, sharing these instantly with business after each chat. This leaves tradesmen more time to work on site and to spend less time on their phone, safe in the knowledge that new business is still in the pipeline.
After extensive testing, the team are in the final stages of building their automated sales messaging service, which is designed to help convert more enquiries and site visitors into qualified leads.
IPX Managing Director, Austin Gleeson, said: "Our goals are to help trade businesses get more work online, and allow them reduce the time they are spending in the initial stages of quoting for work. We know small businesses are inundated with sales calls, and offers to buy the next big thing, especially in digital. So, we have free trial period for all clients, no credit cards, contracts or other sneaky stuff."
A company spokesman said: "Tradespeople are busy and want to see a real business effect from any tool that they use – so we worked with them to build a service that is less about unnecessary bells & whistles, but one that work as hard as them to grow their business."
Ahead of the launch, Tradebot is inviting tradespeople and contractors to apply for a 60 day extended free trial of their service at tradebot.ie/prelaunch.
