£110,000 Carriageway And Footway Resurfacing To Start In Banbridge

Work is to begin next month on a £110,000 carriageway and footway resurfacing scheme in Banbridge.

The project will be carried on Reilly Street, from Scarva Street to Downshire Road, from Monday, 06 August.

Around 400 metres of the route will be resurfaced. Once finished, the scheme will deliver significant improvements to both the structural integrity and surface of the road and footways. Completion is scheduled for 31 August, depending on the weather.

To carry out the works, Reilly Street will be closed from its junction with Scarva Road to its junction with Downshire Road from 7.30am on 06 August to 6pm on 31 August. Diversions will be in place.
