Fire Prevention experts commissioned reports detailing fire safety concerns for homes in the Belfast estate.
The North Belfast MLA Ní Chuilín called on the Housing Executive to join forces with Radius Housing.
She said: "Radius Housing Association have responded to the safety concerns that were raised and we welcome their diligence to ensuring safety for all residents is paramount.

"However, we understand that residents, some of whom have lived in Russell Court for 30 years must be feeling particularly vulnerable after learning they have to leave their homes.
"The shock of being told you have to leave your home within four weeks, especially for tenants who have lived there for many years, must be recognised and the appropriate level of support as well as rehousing options should be offered to Russell Court residents.
"People not only need secure accommodation to meet their needs but the most vulnerable will also need support in making what will inevitably be a very stressful transition," she concluded.
