Siac Construction To Begin Remedial Works In Cork

Siac Construction is to begin pavement remedial works in the Sarsfield Road Roundabout area, Cork, on Friday, 07 June.

Work will include the full excavation and replacement of the existing pavement layers. It will be carried out on a section of the slip road from the Sarsfield Road South westwards towards the Bandon Road Roundabout and a section of the link from the Sarsfield Road Roundabout westwards towards the Bandon Road Roundabout.

The improvements are part of the Bandon/Sarsfield Road Interchanges Upgrade Scheme.

Other pavement remedial works are to be carried out south-west of the Sarsfield Road Roundabout and on the Sarsfield Road towards Wilton Road Roundabout.
