The event, on 12 April, also honoured other Northern Ireland companies in six other categories.
Another branch of JP Corry, located in Coleraine, won for Best Premises.
Two different branches of MacBlair were celebrated. The Larne branch won for Best Management and the Boucher, Belfast branch won the Multi-Location branch award.

Other winners included Newry Building Supplies for its Business Focus, Haldane Fisher Ladas Drive for Customer Service, and NG Bell & Son, Ballywater for best Owner Managed/single store category.
The awards took place in the Hilton Belfast and were judged by James Burke.
Mr Burke lauded the winners and called overall winner JP Corry, Lisburn a "very energised branch" with an "enthusiastic" attitude.
The building material manufacturers who organised the awards as Octabuild were: Gyproc, Dulux Paints, Glennon Brothers, Kingspan Insulation, Sanbra Fyffe, Tegral and Wavin.
