NI Housebuilder To Develop 78 New Homes In Ballyclare

A housebuilder in Northern Ireland is to develop almost 80 homes in Ballyclare, Co Antrim.

Hagan Homes has started construction work on the £9.5million development on the Fairview Farm Road.

The project, which includes 78 homes, is expected to take up to four years to complete.

Approximately 50 construction jobs will be created.

Phase 1 of the development is scheduled for completion in late 2017, with prices starting from £89,950. The development will include 2 bed apartments, 3 bed townhouses and 3 bed semi-detached homes.
