The Graham/Farrans Joint Venture that is responsible for its delivery stands ready to deliver significant direct and indirect economic benefits once they are on site, benefits that will equate to hundreds of sustainable jobs over the course of the project as well as many opportunities for their extensive supply chain. At a time of significant budget uncertainty due to the ongoing political impasse, the vital importance of this scheme cannot be overlooked."
