Work is now underway on the Newry Road to complete the remaining sections of the sewer upgrades. It involves the laying of small sections of sewer, along with connections to the existing sewerage system, and will take place above and below Folly Lane. Work is currently underway on the country bound side of Folly Lane and will then move on to the city bound side of Folly Lane.

It is estimated that this section of work will take approximately three weeks to complete.
Diversions have been put in place.
Following completion of the two sections there is a final a section of work to be completed on the Newry Road, however the date and timings are subject to agreement with TransportNI.
