Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) employees and contractors working on the Seven Towers have been forced to stop work after being threatened and intimidated.
Sinn Féin MLA Carál Ní Chuilín is calling for the threats to be lifted immediately.
She said: "These workers are carrying our much-needed maintenance work on social housing and should be allowed to go about their business without fear of threats or intimidation.

"These threats have led to work being stopped which means residents are being kept in fuel poverty by the actions of those responsible.
"Those behind these threats do not have the support of the local area and in fact at war with the community."
SDLP North Belfast MLA Nichola Mallon condemned those behind threats.
She said: "The individuals behind these threats to Housing Executive staff and contractors carrying out essential work do nothing but harm the community they claim to care about. They don't represent this community. They should be ashamed of themselves.
"The work being carried out to improve the quality of life of local tenants cannot be disrupted by a small number trying to hold us back.
"The threats should be withdrawn immediately and the much needed maintenance work resumed as soon as possible."
