The new social housing development at MacNean Court, is owned and managed by Ark Housing Association, and was provided with financial support from the Department for Social Development (DSD).

The scheme comprises of ten new homes to accommodate applicants on the social housing waiting list.
Tony Ruddy, Ark Housing Association Chief Executive, said: "We are delighted to have had the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the regeneration of the central village area, bringing this disused site back into use and providing high quality, affordable and comfortable homes for our tenants within the local community."
