Up to 50 new jobs are expected to be created and it is the biggest 'all trades' measured term contract of its kind in Northern Ireland.
Contract Services will deliver a full range of maintenance services across two regions, covering approximately 6,000 properties initially in the North East and South East of the province including Belfast.
This number is expected to increase to 10,000 homes.

Contract Services is creating 36 new jobs initially, which is expected to rise to up to 50, and investing in a fleet of 50 new vehicles.

No other company supplying installation and maintenance services has the in-house capability that we have and I believe that being a 'one-stop shop' for housing associations was a key factor in securing us this prestigious contract."
