First Minister Rt. Hon. Peter D. Robinson MLA and deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness MP MLA today officially opened Parity Solutions Limited’s new state-of-the-art premises in Titanic Quarter.
Ministers said the company, which provides IT solutions and training, was playing an important part in helping government deliver on its commitment to economic regeneration.
Addressing Parity Group’s full board and invited guests, the First Minister said: “Today’s event is an opportunity to recognise the valuable contribution Parity has made to the IT industry over its 35 year history in Northern Ireland and to commend the company’s continued commitment to developing our student and graduate skills base.”
"As we work to strengthen the local economy it is vital, during what remains a challenging time for many businesses, that we support and encourage existing companies, such as Parity, as they train and supply highly skilled work-ready graduates," he added.
The Deputy First Minister added: "The First Minister and I congratulate Parity Solutions on its relocation to this new high tech facility in the Concourse building and wish to thank the Senior Management team for their commitment to the Belfast operation."
Parity delivers a range of IT solutions, including graduate recruitment and training programmes to public and private sector customers across the UK.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Parity Group plc headquartered in London and delivers a range of IT solutions, graduate recruitment and development, and a portfolio of learning programmes, to both public and private sector customers across the UK.
All 35 members of staff have relocated from Parity's Dargan Road site to the new premises situated in the Concourse building at Titanic Quarter.
