In a contract worth £1.1m, Graham FM will provide, install and commission replacement fire alarm systems for over 90 key sites in Northern Ireland including administrative facilities, train and bus stations, workshops and garages.

The project will involve the installation of Honeywell Notifier addressable fire alarm systems and will lead the way in introducing Smart 4 technology to Northern Ireland as selected buildings will be equipped with this innovative detector system. Smart 4 is a combined smoke, heat, carbon monoxide and infrared detector which is designed to minimise false alarm activations and associated downtime, and is most suitable for use in maintenance workshops and garages.
The contract has a challenging 20 week programme involving up to 20 GRAHAM FM electricians working shifts to meet Translink's deadline and, once all the installations have been completed, Graham FM will provide one year's maintenance of the systems.
