After being awarded exclusive Irish Gianni Ferrari distributorship, Wilsons saw the opportunity to seek the expertise of a well known figure in the agricultural and groundcare field, Mr Denis Healy-Rae.
Wilsons of Rathkenny are currently also the exclusive Irish distributors for Weidemann wheeled loaders and telehandlers and are now pleased to welcome Denis on board our team. Denis is a household name as well as a renowned expert in the outdoor machinery market and boasts a wealth of experience in the field spanning over 20 years.
Weidemann is a German agricultural brand that first grew from humble beginnings more than 50 years ago to be the global name it is today. As Irish distributors Wilsons of Rathkenny recently exhibited the Weidemann range of products at the Irish National Ploughing Championships in Athy, Co Kildare in September. Gianni Ferrari gardening equipment is the manufacturer of leading market innovators including the Turboloader and Turbo 4, known for their reliability and for being the best mowers for cutting in wet conditions, such as the Irish climate! Wilsons has been exclusively distributing Weidemann throughout the whole of Ireland since 2009, and now with the addition of the Gianni Ferrari Irish distributorship is looking forward to offering both these fantastic products to the Irish market.
When asked about his plans for the southern agricultural and gardening market Denis said: "I want to re-establish the Gianni Ferrari reputation for quality groundcare equipment and provide a type of service that is essential to groundcare contractors. I’m also enthusiastic about representing Weidemann and its variety of exciting agricultural appliances."
With such reliable trademarks as Weidemann and Gianni Ferrari as well as the distinguished personality of Denis Healy-Rae behind us, Wilsons continues to gain new ground despite the present economic downturn.
