A Co Tyrone company Northern Mouldings Ltd is welcoming in a new era by rebranding under the name 'Promould'.
As part of the prestigious Heron Bros Group, Northern Moulding, based in Cookstown, designs, manufactures and distributes a range of MDF profiles for the architectural, kitchen, bedroom and DIY sectors across Ireland and the UK marketplace.
"The company's decision to rebrand is the result of a strategic plan to reflect our continuing professionalism, our commitment to product development through inward investment and our drive to grow our market in a modern, competitive industry," said General Manager, Christopher McCreanor.
"We feel the new brand reflects our positive attitude to the design and production of state-of-the-art profiles. In a highly competitive market, Northern Mouldings has carved a strong position in the MDF mouldings industry and will continue to surpass customer and industry expectations under our new branding, Promould.
"We have recently secured several major UK contracts, which gives us great encouragement for the future and has underpinned our decision to rebrand," continued Christopher.
"We have also appointed a new sales manager, Declan Loane, whose role is to manage a portfolio of key accounts and to be responsible for identifying and growing business for the company through establishing strategic partnerships as it expands in the GB market under the name Promould."
Promould offers a superior range of interior decorative products, available in a choice of profiles and a range of wrapped finishes, including real wood veneer, paper and PVC.
"Our real wood veneers are considered the premium decorative finish for high specification joinery and furniture," said Christopher. "We believe that the 20 years of experience we have gained in this industry is reflected in the company’s ethos of delivering quality, wrapped profiles through a combination of key factors which include: double fleeced veneers, a temperature controlled veneer store, bespoke profiles, automotive shrink wrapping and high pressured bar coding system.
"As a company, we are well respected in the UK and Irish markets, within the network of builders’ merchants and kitchen and door manufacturers. We are known for our bespoke manufacturing, product innovation and design, and continue to be committed to servicing our current customer base as we expand with Promould.
"Evolving from Northern Mouldings, the brand has absorbed all the existing advantages, especially the firm's long standing and varied customer base."
