If these are rejected, the development will go ahead and comprise the construction of 70 detached residential units range in size from 173 square metres to 365 square metres (GFA) comprising 20 5/6-bedroom units, 31 4/5-bedroom units and 19 four-bedroom units and the construction of a crèche with a GFA of 238.2 square metres.
