Lidl Letterkenny Plans Expansion

Detailed plans were submitted in early January to Donegal County Council by German food retailer Lidl Ireland for the construction of a single storey extension to the existing licensed retail discount food store at Forquar, Milford, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.

The works will measure approximately 133.31 square metres gross floor area.

The proposed extension has a flat roof and located to the front of the existing store and will be finished with materials consistent with the existing store.

The development also comprises an enclosed plant area adjoining the proposed extension, internal modifications / connection to the existing store and all associated works.

The application also seeks to relocate existing car parking spaces, connection to existing services on site with all ancillary site development works.

The architect for the contract is the Archidesign Group, Castlebar.
