The Timber Frame Company are proud to introduce Synergy Home, our new Closed Panel Wall system.
This is an Off Site Manufactured Timber Frame Wall panel with Insulation and Electrical ducting, External Windows and Doors pre-installed in the factory. A vapor barrier is fixed in the factory to ensure air tightness. High Quality Plasterboard or Fibreboard is then screwed or stapled on to the wall in a factory environment.
Since the closed panel is made in a factory, the process eliminates the requirement for other sub-contractors and the responsibility is clearly identified, this ensures quality and a fast track product not possible with different trades and weather conditions.
The TTFC Closed Panel house, gives the client a product that within a couple of weeks obtains a wind and watertight house, that gives a high quality finish and details for air tightness that is much more easily achieved in a factory environment with the responsibility clearly identified to one contractor.
