Precast Concrete Piles
Conway Piling Ltd manufactures their own precast piles to ensure the quality of the product to their clients.

We manufacture four different pile sizes and they are:

• 250mm x 250mm sq piles to carry loads to a max of 600kN SWL depending on ground conditions.
• 275mm x 275mm sq piles to carry loads to a max of 850kN SWL depending on ground conditions.
• 320mm x 320mm sq piles to carry loads to a max of 1100kN SWL depending on ground conditions.
• 360mm x 360mm sq piles to carry loads to a max of 1300kN SWL depending on ground conditions.

Conway’s can also manufacture different pile sizes to your specification if required.

Piles are manufactured in lengths of max 14mtrs but they can be spliced together for longer lengths and we us a class “A” mechanical locking joint.

We also offer pile design which is subject to approval by your engineer.
