Architecture Energy: Specialising In Design And Energy Efficiency

Construction News Image
Architecture Energy is a vibrant new company specialising in design and energy efficiency in buildings.

Its experience spans from major city centre commercial developments to one off houses and extensions.

The guiding strategy of the company is to deliver the most energy efficient solutions for its clients.

"You can spend good money on products/materials for your building but if the installation/workmanship is poor then it’s a waste of good money. If your building is designed and finished to a high standard of workmanship then you can save up to 50% on your energy bills," said a spokesman.

The firm uses simple design methods, maximising passive solar gain, wind sheltering, natural ventilation, air tight structures along with efficient heating systems to make buildings more energy efficient.

"Retrofitting of existing building has begun to make more sense financially. We are in a unique position as architects and independent assessors to provide our clients with the design solutions, energy assessments and on site supervision right through to completion, basically offering our clients a one stop shop service.

"We will design, specify and construct tailored made retrofit packages to suit your individual needs at very competitive prices. We have provided this service for years to both the public and private sectors with award winning clients," added the spokesman.

The firm said it sole mission is to provide the most efficient buildings along with low carbon footprints.

"We have carried out in-depth research which also includes the Scandinavian and Austrian markets and we are always updating our approach," the spokesman concluded.
