Planning Success For Coalisland Developments

Planning permission has been granted for 42 new homes in Coalisland.

The development will be built on land near Newmills.

Department of Environment planning officials approved the application from Strabane-based Seann Devine Construction.

Meanwhile, plans to convert a Coalisland coffee shop into a restaurant have also been given the go-ahead.

Yankee Star Restaurant will expand its Coalisland Enterprise Centre-based facility into a licensed eatery.

A proposed domestic wind turbine and domestic store, to hold at wood burner and timber supply in the town, have also got the green light.

The application was made by the property holder, with McKeown and Shields acting as the agent.
