Irish Property Awards 2008 Shortlist Announced

The shortlist for the Irish Property Awards 2008 has been announced - with a number of landmark developments, both North and South, receiving a nod from the panel.

The awards, run by Property Week, are aimed at celebrating the achievements of Irish property, and boasts twenty impressive categories.

This year's ceremony will be held at the RDS in Dublin on 27 November.

Some of the developments highlighted for their performance in investment and innovation include Belfast's Victoria Square shopping complex, as well as the city’s emerging Titanic Quarter - a massive regeneration of the area most-associated with Northern Ireland’s once-thriving ship building industry.
