Leading Northern Ireland social homes provider Radius Housing has strengthened its team with a new key senior appointment.
Rachel Pedigrew joins Radius as the new Senior Head of Development, tasked with taking forward the company's ambitious plans for more new social and affordable housing across the region.
With over 24 years experience in housing, development & construction, and residential sales, Rachel has worked for major private sector companies Knight Frank and Countrywide, as well as for leading UK housing associations.
At Radius, Rachel will work with Director of Development, Anita Conway, leading a team of 21 as they deliver new developments such as the 244 home Blacks Gate, the 119 house development along with the sporting facility at Sean Dolan's GAC in Derry, and St Patrick's Barracks in Ballymena, and will lead on the development of new private sale and affordable housing opportunities.
Commenting on the new appointment, Anita Conway, Director of Development, said: "We are delighted that Rachel Pedigrew is joining the Development team at Radius. She brings a wealth of experience and a track record of delivering in housing, from large scale commercial developments to mixed tenure and social housing and has successfully led projects with the highest levels of sustainability and modern construction.
