Irish Water worked alongside Fingal County Council to carry out the work yesterday, Thursday 02 September, from 10am until 4pm.
Throughout the works, Irish Water warned of a potential disruption to supply in the following areas: Bayside Square; Bayside Park; Bayside Shopping Centre; St. Fintan's Road; St. Fintan's Estate; Strand Road; Shielmartin Road; Carrickbrack Road; Old Carrickbrack Road; Ceannchor Road; La Vista Avenue and surrounding areas.

Speaking about the maintenance works, Tselo Tlou, Irish Water said: "Irish Water regrets any inconvenience that these works may cause. Maintenance of the network is essential to ensure adequate network performance and high levels of customer service in the area in terms of efficiency and security of supply."
Irish Water continues to work with Local Authority partners, contractors and others to safeguard the health and well-being of both staff and the public and to ensure the continuity of critical drinking water and wastewater services.
