Interest Welcomed For Development Of Fermanagh Holiday Centre

Plans to develop the Lough Melvin Holiday Centre in Garrison, Co Fermanagh, for long-term use have taken a key stride forward.

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the future of the site, which offers 12 serviced pitches for caravans and associated facilities, hostel type accommodation for 42 people in ten rooms and a dormitory, catering and café facilities, two function rooms and an adjacent green field site of 1.98 hectares.


Any future development should see the Lough Melvin Holiday Centre make a sustainable contribution to the social and economic well-being of the Garrison area.

Interest in the centre may be in the form of a management agreement, lease or purchase.

The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 12 noon on Friday 24 January 2020.
