The two-storey facility includes two 3MW data halls with indirect adiabatic air-cooling systems, and advanced resilient power solutions.
A large US-based co-location data centre specialist will be located in the development at Profile Park Campus in Clondalkin.
Despite completion in the short timeframe, the ISG team had some unexpected challenges regarding procurement, supply chain and the unpredictable Irish weather.
Project manager, Bill Burke, commented: "We suffered from a site shut down for almost five days - due to heavy snow fall - and were further stalled by high winds throughout late March and early April.

"Despite the challenges faced, the team rose to the occasion and delivered a fast-track high-quality result through constant collaboration and communication with the client, local contractors and the team."
