Hotel And Golf Resort Goes On The Market For €45m

A hotel and golf resort in the south of Dublin has gone up for sale for €45 million.

Savills Hotels & Leisure has been appointed to handle the sale of the Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort, host of the 2002 Seve Trophy and several Irish Opens.

The l5-star resort sits on a 349-acre estate featuring a 145 bedroom hotel and two 18-hole championship golf courses - Druids Glen and Druids Heath – designed by course designer Pat Ruddy and former Irish golfer, Tom Craddock.


The property is located a short distance from the N11, which links to the M50, Dublin’s orbital motorway, providing easy access to and from Dublin City Centre and Dublin Airport in 40 minutes.
