The assembly meeting points are at Connolly and Heuston Stations.
Sinn Féin spokesperson on Water, Eoin Ó Broin, said: "The majority of TDs returned to the Dáil were elected on a platform of the abolition of water charges. The Right2Water TD's have consistently called on the government and Fianna Fáil to heed the democratic will of the people and abolish this tax.

"Despite their manifesto commitment to scrap water charges, Fianna Fáil are colluding with Fine Gael to avoid dealing directly with the matter. People did not vote for an expert commission or the suspension of charges. People voted for the abolition of this tax.
"It is time for politicians to put their money where their mouth is. Sinn Féin will be tabling a private members motion calling for the scrapping of water charges in October. We expect all TDs who want to see an end to the charge to support our motion."
