The €3m investment will also create 50 new jobs.
EPS is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through Enterprise Ireland.
The new facility, which is currently subject to a planning application process with Cork County Council, will be an industry leading centre of excellence for the design and manufacture of key products utilised in the construction of water and waste water treatment plants.

Subject to a successful outcome to the planning process, the company intends to begin construction immediately in the summer, with an expected completion time of 12 months.
Construction will create 35 construction jobs to facilitate the completion of the project.
