Patton’s administrator has put the building on sale following the firm’s collapse in November 2012, which cost creditors over £60m.
Patton’s headquarters were situated at the Woodside industrial estate on the outskirts of Ballymena.
A number of other Patton properties are being sold off by administrators, including a development site on the Dublin Road in Belfast valued at £500,000.

Former workshops on the Raceview Road in Broughshane, County Antrim, which also contain over 11 acres of agricultural land, are being sold with a price tag of £300,000.
Land and sites owned by Patton also includes about seven acres of woodland, farmland in Bushmills and two houses on the Belmont Road in east Belfast.
The construction group became another firm to be placed under pressure by the economic downturn.
It had to deal with reduced activity and declining profit margins, before one of its customers was placed into administration and could not afford to pay for work.
Patton directors were unable to secure new finance and the company was placed into administration.
