WYG Ireland Appoints Highways Boss

Consultancy firm, WYG, has announced that Jim Mearns has joined the senior management team as a new Director and Head of Highways for the company's Irish business.

Mr Mearns Jim has over 30 years experience in project management, road design, construction & maintenance.

"I look forward to taking up my new position as Head of Highways at WYG Ireland," he said.

"Millions of people use our roads network throughout Ireland everyday for personal and business travel and using the knowledge, skills and experience I have gained over the years, I hope to deliver further successful projects for our clients and play a part in improving the roads infrastructure in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. I am eager to take on the challenge of identifying new opportunities for WYG’s highways team, at home and abroad."
