Hellier Stained Glass Restoration provides an excellent level of craftsmanship, using techniques that have not changed in centuries. With many years of experience, we design, make and install windows for domestic, ecclesiastical and architectural settings we also restore windows bringing them back to their original glory.

It all started when...

After leaving school I completed an apprenticeship with Goddard & Gibbs of London in Stained Glass Craft & Design in 1995. My work has taken me all over the UK as well as France. My clients have ranged from private homeowners in this country to Saudi Arabian Sheiks! My passion and love is stained glass. I take great pride in restoring damaged stained glass to it's former glory, and equally enjoy helping people realise their vision with original work.

I am now based in Bristol, but regularly travel as the owner/operator of Hellier Leadlights. I guarantee my work against defects for life, as I fully expect my work to outlive me!

Pauls service was easy to use. He came when he said he would and he tidied up beautifully afterwards. I wouldnt have known he had been if it wasnt for the fact that my broken and bowed stained glass door which is over 100 years old was now good as new. He is obviously a master craftsman, The glass he got to replace the broken pain fitted in so well you would never know it was a replacement and he tied in the window to the rods behind to stop the bowing.We are really impressed and would definitely recommend. It was very reasonably priced too. :)

Paul restored a stained glass window in the light above our front door. Fabulous job done with sensitive consideration to the age of the property. Good value for money and a nice guy to have around. He has also done some lovely jobs for our neighbours installing stained glass windows into their Victorian property.
