About C2 Energy Ltd
C2 Energy was established in March 2010 and since then we have seen steady growth in the few years of business.
Our team members are long term Mechanical and Electrical engineers so although new in business we come with over 25 years experience.
We have biomass boilers, geothermal heating as the heat source and can provide a "One-Stop Shop" for all home heating solutions.
We offer a design, supply & install on a range of energy saving products throughout Northern Ireland (NI) and Southern Ireland to all sectors.
We specialise in the design, supply & install of underfloor heating and solar panel system projects. We work with quality tradesmen to complete every project to the customers satisfaction.
We are happy to train new clients so that they themselves benefit from our knowledge and experience complemented with excellent products and warranties.
With over 8 years experience in renewable products and having seen the cheapest to the most expensive we can offer a fair and honest opinion on each. All new homes and offices are to be energy efficient and we have a suite of products that can help deliver on this.
Our product offering ranges greatly
Our products are approved for MCS and therefore allow customers to avail of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
C2 Energy already has an extensive range of users, ranging from building suppliers, plumbers, heating engineers and also the general public. We are also members of the cross border group called Ren-Net. Ren-Net is part funded by the European Union and is backed by local councils on both sides of the border.
C2 Energy provide "Wet" underfloor heating systems.
Underfloor is sometimes referred to as " Radiant heating". Underfloor heating is not as new as some of us may think; you will be surprised to learn that the Romans were using underfloor heating!
That system has been called a "Hypocaust". This system used hot air to provide heat under the floor. If we think of a flue for a chimney today and run it horizontal rather than vertical the warm air passed under the floor from their furnace in the basement via channels designed in to construction of their homes and public buildings.
