Welcome to HomeExtension.ie.
We offer a range of building services - from small maintenance work & roof repairs, to extensions and total refurbishment. Our main expertise is in carpentry, extensions and refurbishment.
We give free quotations & advice and can assist with planning, design and costing. We have a long list of references for our past work and can also supply numerous references from architects, engineers and estate agents.
We are fully insured and tax compliant.
Extensions
We are experienced builders from carpentry backgrounds and have worked on numerous extensions since 1990. Our work has been mainly on private extensions but we have also carried out extensions to schools and industrial units.
We are fully insured and certified.
Renovations
We started renovating houses around Rathmines and Ranelagh in the mid 1990's for landlords.
We later refurbished a number of private dwellings in the area. We are accustomed to working closeley with architects and engineers and all work is carried out to the highest standards.
New Build
We have worked on various one-off houses & bungalows since 1999.
The work on one-off houses was carried out mainly in North Kildare and past projects can be viewed and references obtained.
We also worked on some multi-unit developments from 2001-2008 but since downsizing again we are much suited to construction of individual housing units.
