About Glenmore Stone
Glenmorestone.com is one of the largest producers and distributors of natural stone in Ireland.
Our main product the biscuit coloured Slieve Bloom Sandstone comes from our own quarry, but we also offer:

Environmental Impacts and Performance of Stone
Stone has received a summary rating which reflects its overall environmental performance taking into consideration 12 different environmental impacts of the material used with different material components.
For External Walls constructed with a cavity & solid wall construction with a Stone outer leaf, insulation, dense blockwork innerleaf, plasterboard, plaster & paint it achieves a Summary rating of ‘A’ from ‘The Green Guide to Housing Specification’(Ref: Page 10).
For Landscaping a dry stone wall achieves a Summary rating of ‘A’ from ‘The Green Guide to Housing Specification’ (Ref: Page 32).
