About Paul Kavanagh - Landscapes & Consultancy
Paul Kavanagh was born in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow. Owner of ‘Paul Kavanagh Landscapes and Consultancy’, he has been serving South County Dublin and North Wicklow for 25 years, on-site, specialising in landscaping and horticultural services.
Paul has had a varied career in horticulture from commercially growing tomatoes and apple trees to working with Dr Tony Ryan of Ryanair for ten years. He created the formal gardens of Lyons Demense in Co. Kildare which was a two-half year project.
Paul is also the Landscape Consultant for Leopardstown Racecourse, Foxrock, Co. Dublin.
We specialise in Period Garden Design and Landscape Consultancy including restoration of older gardens. We are highly skilled in ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ scaping. We specialise in creating new gardens incorporating our client’s functional needs and wishes to a practical yet stunning design for our client to enjoy!
We plan our gardens with the best quality materials, plants and design with a 20-year plan in mind.
Low maintenance gardens are also our specialty.
We have a large team of staff so we can complete the specific task in a relatively short period of time. We have public liability insurance and our staff are safe pass trained.
Design
Our designs can be viewed by prospective clients wishing to see more detailed plans, sketches and drawings.
Mazes
We are currently compiling a number of images of Maze work we have completed. Comprising of English Yew a maze needs a large supply of English Yew tree's of a certain age. Paul Kavanagh has had this in mind for many years and can supply the tree's as well as plan, design, implementation and the on-going maintenance of your Maze.

Our diverse capabilities include site clearance; planning permission; tree surveys; design; site landscape works from start to finish; wall building; entrances; waterfalls; ponds; patios; or designing & planting woodlands & maze gardens!
