Healystone was originally established in 1988 in Baltinglass, Co Wicklow to produce quality reconstituted stonework. The company originally started out making garden planters and from there progressed on to making a wide range of architectural designs.
Healystone has gone on to gain a reputation for quality and its ability to replicate classic pieces. Over the years we have been commissioned to produce Georgian doorways for the renovation of Mountjoy Square in Dublin and also some period pieces in Dorset Street.

Subsequent to this we have gone on to produce materials for modern day houses, apartment blocks and commercial buildings such as Joels Restaurant on the N7 in Dublin. One of our more recent projects was the supply of precast white limestone to College Square, Terenure and Butterfield Estate, Rathfarnam. During this time our progress and growth can be attributed to our commitment to our customers and the quality of our product. Our new product which we are about to launch is a stone-faced interlocking block which when built will resemble a natural stone wall. About Our Products We manufacture bespoke items of Reconstituted Stone to be supplied to all manner of projects be they new build, refurbishment etc.. We provide a design service and produce our own drawings and working closely with the architect or designer we are able to offer a package that can provide solutions to a wide range of criteria. Reconstituted Stone is manufactured from natural aggregates and crushed stone cast in moulds to reproduce Granite, Portland Stone and Sandstone with a choice of finishes; i.e. Smooth, Light Etch, Heavy Etch, Bush Hammered and Sandblasted. Product List Our standard products include Cills, Quoins, Lintels, String Course, Steps, Piers, Wall and Pier Capping, Plinths, Columns, Balustrades, Balls, Window and Door Surrounds, Chimney Caps, Porticos, Porches, Name Plaques and Ornamental Planters. We have recently launched our 'Stone System' product. This new product is an interlocking stone-face block which can be easily used to resemble a natural stone wall. On request our design team can design bespoke products following consultation with customers. After-care of Products The effects of the elements will have a mellowing effect (ageing) on the product; the rate at which this will happen will vary dependant upon the degree of exposure. This mellowing is very similar to the weathering of cut stone and consideration should be given to prevailing conditions at the design stage. In many cases it is possible to repair chips etc, but advice should be sought from the repair company before commencing.
